He might be one of the older members of SEVENTEEN but there is little doubt that fans see Joshua as the cute one in the boy group. In addition to his boyish good looks, Hong Jisoo is known for being a gentleman who always treats Carats like they are true ladies. However, it looks like the SVT lead vocalist is ready to shed his good-boy persona. The behind-the-scenes look at Joshua Hong's 1st Look solo pictorial confirms he can be as sexy as the rest of the group.

It was previously confirmed by 1st Look magazine that Joshua would appear in the April 2020 issue for a solo photoshoot. The magazine even shared a quick video on its official Instagram account where Hong Jisoo invites people to watch out for the issue with its feature about him. Not surprisingly, fans were excited about the pictorial considering that the lead vocalist is sporting a sexy new look in the teasers. Luckily, the official SEVENTEEN YouTube channel has uploaded a behind-the-scenes video of Joshua Hong's photoshoot.

In the video, Joshua is immediately shown wearing a brightly colored sleeveless cardigan that shows off his well-toned arms. However, the SEVENTEEN member was quick to point out that he was surprised that the photos showing his arms turned out as well as they did. "I didn't work out my arms for a long time, so it looks less bulky than last time," Hong Jisoo stated. Nevertheless, Carats were impressed with how Joshua Hong's arms are very well-sculpted in the images.

Joshua also admitted that he has been reading a lot before the photoshoot. He revealed that he has been reading a book about self-development which helped him realize that he should try out new challenges. "If there is something you want to do, I wish you would give it a go," the singer advised the viewers. Needless to say, this could have led to Hong Jisoo taking on the sexy photoshoot where he shows off his impressive body.

Interestingly, Joshua was the first to admit that he usually goes "for an innocent vibe" with his regular photoshoots. "I went for a little sexy vibe today," he admitted before adding that, "it was new to me and it is surely stuck in my memory." The brief glimpse at the 1st Look photoshoot is also certainly stuck in the minds of SEVENTEEN fans everywhere.

Joshua's first solo photoshoot will appear in the April 2020 issue of 1st Look magazine.
