Prince Harry had a leaving bash in London before he returned to Canada. The farewell party took place without his wife, Meghan Markle, and he reportedly had a chance to say his final goodbye to ex-girlfriend Chelsy Davy.

According to The Sun, friends of Prince Harry organized the leaving bash since it was not possible for him to see all his friends before he permanently moves to Canada and start his new non-royal life. According to witnesses, Prince Harry could not believe that Chelsy was there and he apparently "gave her the biggest hug."

The source also said that "nothing happened" between the ex-lovers. Someone, however, cracked a joke that Meghan might be tracking him down with the GPS.

The leaving bash felt like the good old days for Prince Harry who used to spend his time partying and staying out late in his youth. It was also a great chance for the Duke of Sussex to say goodbye to his friends as he sets a new life away from the royal limelight in a quiet town in Vancouver.

Prince Harry and Chelsy dated on and off for seven years until their split in 2011. At that time, he was still a trainee at the Army and would often stay at Chelsy's flat for the weekend.

The couple would also often throw parties for their friends, as young people normally did. Royal experts thought that Prince Harry and Chelsy were perfect for each other and would one day get married. However, the jeweller decided to break it off because she could not bear the royal spotlight and the attention from the media.

In 2016, Chelsy revealed that the media interest with Prince Harry's life was "full-on crazy, scary and uncomfortable." She admitted that she struggled with it when all she wanted was to have a normal life.

In a recent interview with Tatler, Chelsy confirmed that she has a man in her life and she's very happy with him. However, she doesn't want to elaborate on the relationship since it's fairly new.

Chelsy has remained good friends with Prince Harry despite their split. In fact, she attended Prince Harry's wedding to Meghan in 2018 and so did his other ex-girlfriend, Cressida Bonas.

When asked about Prince Harry and Meghan, Chelsy declined to comment on their personal life. She simply said that she's happy with where things are and how everything has fallen into place.
