GOT7 is making a comeback and this spring and Aghases cannot wait for JB, Jackson, Jinyoung, Bambam, Yugyeom, Mark and Youngjae to return.
According to a report by Soompi, a source from JYP Entertainment has confirmed that GOT7 is releasing a comeback this spring and the final details will be released once it is finalized. The GOT7 comeback is expected sometime in late April or early May. However, the latest information revealed that the boys will come back on April 20 at 6 pm KST.Even as the final details are uncertain, JYP is already serving up teasers for GOT7's comeback entitled DYE.
GOT7 members for JB, Jackson, Jinyoung, Bambam, Yugyeom, Mark and Youngjae all shared teaser about their comeback on their Instagram Stories making Aghases excited about what the boys have in store this time around.
The first teaser was a phrase written in Korean which translated to Not by the Moon. It actually turned out to be the title of their new single. Meanwhile, GOT7's official Twitter page also posted a teaser featuring an animated clip voiced over by a poetic narration.
The animated characters later transform into GOT7's seven members who are being transported via carriage as they continue to write in notebooks. The scene later shifts indoors where the seven members of GOT7 gather around a table where the pages that they wrote are magically bound as a book. The book later reveals its title to be Not by The Moon.
It is unknown whether Not by the Moon will be an English language track, given that the narration for the teaser was in full English with Korean subtitles.
According to a report by Metro UK, some of the lines uttered by the narrator may be from Shakespeare including: "Don't swear by the moon. The moon is always changing. Every month its position in the sky shifts. I don't want you to turn out to be that inconsistent too." and "My body will be your sheath. Rust inside my body and let me die."
Both lines were from one of the playwright's greatest tragedies, Romeo and Juliet.GOT7 made their last comeback five months ago with the mini-album Call My Name which was released in November, 2019.
GOT7 members focused on solo activities with Jackson Wang released his solo single 100 Ways while Jinyoung focused on his acting projects When My Love Blooms and his first movie Yacha.
