All Rise episode 20 is coming to CBS next week, with the title "Merrily We Ride Along." This episode will be an emotional one for Emily, as she's facing a tough reality. She is feeling a lot of stress at the moment and she may fall apart because of what's happening.
In All Rise episode 20, Emily arrives at a sobering conclusion after a near breakdown. Lola also suggests that she needs to seek professional help to get healthy. Emily is in a tough situation in the upcoming episode, but the good thing is that Lola's there to help and support her.
What Emily needs to do now is to recognize how important it is to seek professional help. She's been dealing with her issues, but she also knows that she needs to be better. Lola, on the other hand, will do whatever she can to make sure Emily gets some help that she needs.
But aside from helping Emily, Lola also deals with her own issues in All Rise episode 20. She's facing a crisis when she found out that Robin didn't actually get a job in Los Angeles. Meanwhile, Mark also faces an uncomfortable position after agreeing to do a police ride-along.
In a related report, it was originally believed that this episode would be the last one this season. But then, some things changed over the past weeks. It has been confirmed that there will be a "virtual" episode on May 4 featuring series regulars working remotely.
CBS confirmed in a press release that the episode was "written and inspired by current events." Everything is done remotely and follows the recommended social distancing. This is a chance to see the cast and crew depicting the reality of what it's like living in the world today.
As per the statement, the virtual footage will be shot in of the series regular's homes. The producers are also planning to use VFX to create the necessary backgrounds. A cinematographer is also operating solo from a vehicle, capturing exterior footage of Los Angeles.
The episode sees Judge Benner authorizing Lola to preside a virtual trial, wherein it involves a dispute between brothers. Emily will be representing the defendant, while Mark will prosecute for the D.A.'s office. The episode is directed by executive producer Michael Robin.
All Rise episode 20 airs on Monday night, Apr. 13, on CBS.
