BBC Radio 4 recently unveiled a recording of the poem "Tintern Abbey" from the poet William Wordsworth, which was read by Prince Charles. This was done in celebration of the poet's 250th birthday and royal fans could not help but praise the Prince of Wales for his rendition.

Prince Charles' recording of Tintern Abbey was done over the weekend at his home in Birkhall, Scotland, where he has been isolating and taking precautions against the coronavirus with his wife, Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall. The Prince of Wales agreed to do the reading as he is the patron of the Wordsworth Trust.

Wordsworth, who was born in the 1770s, was a celebrated English poet. As one of the figureheads of British poetry, his literary works are studied in schools across the United Kingdom.

Listeners to the audio clip of "Tintern Abbey" said that the Prince of Wales gave a "calming and reassuring" narration of the poem. Many royal fans said that Prince Charles should explore doing a Disney voiceover gig himself, just like his daughter-in-law Meghan Markle.

Meghan's latest project, which is a voiceover for the Disney documentary film Elephant, is currently streaming on the Disney Plus platform. Critics have given Meghan's narration a thumbs down, however, many royal fans on social media approved of the Duchess of Sussex's work.

Meanwhile, Prince Charles has been keeping himself quite busy despite the forced quarantine enforced by the government amid the pandemic. After recovering from coronavirus, Prince Charles was virtually present to open the NHS Nightingale Hospital in London.

The Prince of Wales gave a speech via video conferencing from his home office in Birkhall. He said that the new hospital is something that British people must be proud of as it can accommodate 4,000 beds and was completed in less than 10 days.

Prince Charles said that this hospital will be used by those who will need it most in a time of "national suffering." Patients who will be treated at this hospital will have the necessary expert care.

Last week, Prince Charles also released a video to thank the medical workers at the frontlines and the staff at various charities, including the British Red Cross and the Silver Line U.K. The heir to the throne has been making sure that the charities he support are doing their part to help those who are the most vulnerable to this global problem.
