Siren season 3 episode 4 is coming next week on Freeform, with the title "Life and Death." The title alone suggests that something big is coming here. Perhaps, the life hints an apparent birth of someone, while the death indicates that one of the characters might be in danger.
In Siren season 3 episode 4, Ben and Maddie will be helping Ryn guide her surrogate via a life-threatening delivery. It seems like the episode will finally see the birth of Ryn's mer-baby, which is interesting as this would be another driving force for the character.

Siren season 3 episode 4 also sees Helen and Xander delivering a hybrid corpse to Beth at The Ranch. The "Death" in the title likely explains the presence of a hybrid corpse in the episode, yet there are still some concerns here.
As per CarterMatt, there could be despair coming elsewhere. Perhaps, it has something to do with some of the characters being in a dangerous situation. After all, a lot of unexpected things often occur in Bristol Cove, so viewers should be prepared for that.
One of the people possibly in peril within this episode is Xander. According to the synopsis, the character faces danger on the high seas during a ride-along with the Bristol Cove water patrol. It's apparent that his fate within this episode is uncertain.
