For Life episode 10 is set to arrive next week on ABC, with the title "Character and Fitness." This will be an important episode for Nicholas Pinnock's Aaron Wallace as it will see the character exploring his past and what was his life before.

The upcoming For Life episode 10 may deliver some emotional storylines, especially since it would feature Aaron's journey. Within this episode, we're going to see how the character spent most of his time during his early years in prison, as well as how he dealt with a lot of trials and tribulations.

For Life episode 10 will explore the previous nine years of Aaron's incarceration. This flashback could trigger different memories and emotional stories for the character. His journey from terrified novice prisoner to attorney and social crusader will then unfold.

Although it's apparent that Aaron was able to overcome the odds, it's still interesting to see how he lives his life before. There could be a few surprises within this episode, as well. For instance, some secrets from Aaron's past will be revealed.

What makes For Life more interesting is that it often adds elements to make the story stronger and more interesting. The series wants viewers to wonder whether or not Aaron can get out of a particular situation. It also seems like more stories are needed to be explored.

To keep the show moving forward, what viewers need to do is to watch it live. Since it's a freshman series, For Life needs to find a way to generate loyal audiences. That's very important to keep the show coming back for more seasons. In addition, watching through DVR also helps the series.

For Life stars Nicholas Pinnock as Aaron Wallace, Indira Varma as Safiya Masry, Joy Bryant as Marie Wallace, Mary Stuart Masterson as Anya Harrison, Dorian Crossmond Missick as Jamal Bishop, Tyla Harris as Jasmine Wallace, Glenn Fleshler as Frank Foster, and Boris McGiver as Glen Maskins.

The legal drama series is loosely based on the true story of Isaac Wright Jr., who was imprisoned from the crime he didn't commit. Just like in the series, Aaron Wallace was sentenced to life in prison for the crime he did not commit. While incarcerated, he becomes a lawyer and defense attorney while also trying to prove his innocence.

For Life episode 10 airs on Tuesday night, Apr. 21, on ABC.
