GOT7 members revealed that they were worried about how their Aghase fandom will receive their new comeback DYE but it seems they had nothing to worry about after all. The MV for title track Not By The Moon has been viewed over 10 million times on YouTube in a short span of 30 hours.

According to a report by All Kpop, Not By The Moon received tremendous support from Aghases who streamed the MV over 10 million times in a short amount of time. They also dropped 1.1 million likes for the video showing how much they appreciate GOT7's effort in making an album during a crucial period in the Korean music industry in light of the Coronavirus pandemic.

With this, GOT7 broke their record in achieving one million likes in the shortest time ever as they achieved the feat within only 19 hours.

It can be recalled that in the lead to the release of their mini-album DYE, GOT7 members expressed apprehension over how fans would receive their new material. Members said that DYE involved a new concept which is quite different from their previous material.

"We especially tried a lot of new things and took on new challenges to show a new side of ourselves. This album and our concept for this comeback are a different style from everything GOT7 has done up until now. I think we've prepared a great song," the members said in an interview.

The song Not By The Moon was produced by JYP Entertainment founder and CEO Jin Young Park, adding more pressure for JB, Mark, Jackson, Yugyeom, Jinyoung, Youngjae, and Bambam to do well.

Apart from strong fan support for their MV, Aghases all over the world is also showing their strong support for GOT7's mini-album DYE.

According to a report by Soompi, DYE hit No. 1 of the iTunes charts of 40 countries including Australia, New Zealand, and the Netherlands.

Meanwhile, Not By The Moon also took the No. 1 spot in iTunes song charts in six countries including Thailand, Ukraine and Peru. GOT7 also topped the realtime song charts for Bugs and Soribada with Not by The Moon

To mark their comeback, GOT7 recently held a special showcase for their Aghase fandom without fans in attendance because of social distancing restraints.

However, members made the event special by sticking the names of their actual fans on the empty seats in the audience and "interacting" with the fans through a live broadcast. The move was much appreciated by their supporters who said they were touched by the way GOT7 made them part of the event even without their physical presence.
