ARMYs have trended multiple hashtags after Ariana Grande posted a photo with the BTS boys during their rehearsal for the 2019 GRAMMY Awards. The post quickly garnered a lot of attention and it ended up leading to one of the mysteries that fans have been trying to crack for months.
While ARMYs were excitedly hoping for the Hollywood hitmaker and the K-pop superstars to have a collaboration, many noticed that the snap was missing something — or someone for that matter. You see, only six BTS members were present in the picture and Suga was nowhere to be found.
Finally, Suga answered one of the most-asked questions by ARMYs. The 27-year-old rapper, songwriter, and record producer recently held an hour-long Q&A called “AskShoopD” on Twitter where he answered fans’ questions. As expected, the picture of BTS with Ariana Grande was brought up.
“I honestly had no idea she would come say hi,” Suga shared. “I had something scheduled, so I was away, but I heard she came by… I was surprised when I saw the picture. Had she been there 5 minutes early, I would have been there.”
Since the Q&A session was quite long, Suga answered a lot of interesting questions. When asked if who among the members work out the most, Suga replied that all of them are working out a lot.
“We’re all working out a lot these days. We’re trying to stay fit for the performances,” he said. “And we’re trying to be healthy… Make sure you all work out at least 20 minutes a day. It’s good for lowering stress levels.”
Suga then revealed that J-Hope is the scariest when mad, mainly because he is “the member who is the least likely to get mad.” The BTS rapper then picked Jungkook and Jimin as the funniest ones these days. “The two of them make me laugh. They’re cute,” he said.
Another fan asked Suga if what inspires him and his response was unique yet relatable.
“Everything can be inspirational, even the face mask and the coffee, the mouse and keyboard in front of me too,” he said. “It’s all about how you interpret these things. That’s how lyrics come. Like, say there are some clothes tossed on top of the speakers. Right? That in itself can be an inspiration.”
