Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are, reportedly, not leaving the house, unless they have to do charity works, due to COVID-19 pandemic and nationwide lockdown. However, one royal expert believes that when the quarantine is lifted, and life becomes normal again after the coronavirus outbreak, the couple will grace every red carpet events they can to make a name in Hollywood.
After Prince Harry and Meghan Markle stepped down as senior royals, they are believed to be looking for ways to be financially independent, and Hollywood may be the answer. As the Duchess of Sussex is a former actress, it may be easier for them to enter the business and attend different A-list events to be visible.
According to Mirror Online, royal expert Myka Meier believed that as soon as the world recovers from COVID-19 pandemic, the Sussexes would be attending all the possible high-profile events that they could. In an episode of Royal Obsessed podcast, she also added that the former Suits star might have her "pick of roles" but would be selective.
The etiquette expert and royal analyst claimed that Meghan Markle would be back in acting by doing major motion films. But, she would surely be choosey of her new projects, but there might be a lot of work coming.
She might choose a role in trafficking, and part of the proceeds she would get might be donated. The mother-of-one believed to take essential roles that are socially relevant, doing movies that have a purpose behind it.
"I also think that we're going to see a lot of red carpets," Meier added. "As soon as there are red carpets again, I genuinely think they will be on every major red carpet."
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are already starting to make a presence in Hollywood. It began when Meghan narrated the Disney+ documentary Elephant. There are also rumors that the Duke of Sussex himself will also make TV gig cameos after he recorded the introduction of Thomas and Friends's special episode, The Royal Engine.
In the promotional photo Variety published, Prince Harry could be seen sitting in a plaid armchair while reading a Thomas book. In a statement, he said that Thomas the Tank Engines had been a "comforting, familiar face" to a lot of families for over 75 years.
He even had fond memories growing up with this children's book. He was even a fan of it, carrying a Thomas backpack for the first day of his nursery school in 1987. It may only take some time before fans see Prince Harry and Meghan Markle return to the spotlight.
