Prince William and Kate Middleton have been the most popular British royals in recent years, next to Queen Elizabeth II. Everywhere they go, it has appeared that they easily get the attention and praise of their audience.

But, with the pandemic crisis keeping them grounded inside Anmer Hall, their recent engagements have been executed virtually. While this has allowed the public to see what the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are like inside their home, royal commentators and experts suggested that this has become a "tell" that they are "secretly preparing" to take over the British Monarchy.

According to Express UK, royal commentators Rachel Bowie and Roberta Fiorito shared their thoughts on an episode of the Royally Obsessed podcast. As reported, the two experts agreed that Prince William and Kate Middleton have been seemingly preparing themselves for a much bigger role in the monarchy.

With Prince Harry and Meghan Markle out of the picture, the royal commentators stated that the duties and responsibilities of the Cambridge couple will certainly be expanded. This is why they also, reportedly, assumed that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will be much more visible in the next few months.

Both of the experts also said that Prince William has appeared to have "cemented" his place as the "next generation" of the British Royal Family. The same was also said to be true on Kate Middleton, given that their recent "Zoom" engagements have been very successful.

The assertions between the two royal commentators continued. Based on their statements, they, reportedly, believe that the Duke and Duchess have become more "relatable" to the public despite the absence of personal appearances and engagements.

Amid the praises and commendations over the royal couple, Cheat Sheet recently released a report claiming that the Duke of Cambridge had been accused of "upstaging" his father, Prince Charles. This is probably one of the reasons why Prince William and Kate Middleton were deemed to secretly take over the British Monarchy.

As stated, many experts thought that the royal-born Prince did a much better job than his father, the Prince of Wales. This, reportedly, came after the two royal princes opened the temporary hospitals in London and Birmingham.

But, despite the accusations, royal experts contended that Prince William seemingly did a better job opening the Nightingale hospital in Birmingham because the royals and staff saw all the technical "glitches" of Prince Charles' opening in London. Accordingly, this, reportedly, concluded that there is no "upstaging" that happened between the two royals.
