WARNING: This article may contain spoilers for Station 19 season 3 finale. Read at your own risk.

Station 19 season 3 finale is arriving next week on ABC, with the title "Louder Than a Bomb." There's a lot of crazy stuff coming here, especially for Andy. She has been through a lot this season; she lost her father and friend Ryan. Now, things could get even harder for her, as she'll likely learn the truth behind the death of her mother.

In Station 19 season 3 finale, Andy becomes painfully suspicious about her mother's death, so she goes to her aunt to seek some answers. Perhaps, she may learn some shocking secrets which could lead to her further exploring her family history in the future. Since her father Pruitt is now gone, she needs to explore things by herself now.

The episode will also feature the biggest Grey's Anatomy crossover events so far and marks the first appearance of Ellen Pompeo as Meredith Grey. This is an exciting crossover and it's interesting to see how she would interact with some characters in the spin-off. Perhaps, she and Andy may have some sort of pep-talk, given that they've always been connected in facing a crisis.

Other Grey's Anatomy stars appearing in Station 19 season 3 finale include Caterina Scorsone, Kim Raver, and Stefania Spampinato. Their appearance may have something to do with the aftermath at the Pac-North hospital. The synopsis notes that the crew members evacuate a doctor from Pac-North hospital, but they find themselves in a life-threatening situation.

The Pac-North served as the hospital for several Grey Sloan alums and worked there early on season 16. That's probably one of the major reasons why there's a huge crossover event here. Also, Sullivan will undergo surgery for his chronic leg pain. One of the doctors from Grey Sloan may possibly attend to him and get the medical procedure done.

Some of the events that may happen within this episode could also tease a few moments as to what Grey's Anatomy original finale would look like before the production halted. The flagship show shuts down it's filming because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The spin-off was able to finish its season prior to the real-life health crisis, thanks to smaller episode count.

Station 19 continues generating good ratings, so the renewal is highly likely. The finale may also end with a huge cliffhanger, which will continue in the potential fourth installment. However, there's also a concern whether or not there'll be another death. The series has already featured several deaths this season, so there's a serious concern here.

Station 19 season 3 finale will be airing on Thursday night, May 14, on ABC.
