Ivanka Trump is currently serving her father, Donald Trump as a Senior Adviser, specifically for women's issues. When she took office in 2017, several individuals criticized her, as well as the Trump administration for supporting "nepotism." This became even more apparent when the First Daughter's husband, Jared Kushner also became a Senior Adviser to the President, mainly for strategic planning.
It was not entirely surprising that the public had a lot to say about the Trump family and administration. But, what came as a surprise was when one of their former colleagues described Ivanka Trump as "dumb as a brick."
In a report released by Express UK, it was stated that the person behind the statement was Steve Bannon. He worked with Ivanka and Donald Trump inside the White House as a Chief Strategist. Although his time serving the US President was short, given that it was only seven months, it was revealed that he also worked for Trump during the 2016 Presidential Election as a "campaign chief.
Throughout his seven-month stay inside the White House, sources claimed that he "feuded" with both Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner. While many individuals have seen how their relationship was, it did not escalate until later when "he was sacked."
The publication continued to share that it was Donald Trump who revealed before the public that Steve Bannon was fired from his post. The President's revelations and statements against his former campaign chief came after Bannon's "critical comments" against the Trump administration, his family members, and some of the top advisers of the US President.
As it happened, Steve Bannon went on record to slam the American leader and the First Daughter. His statements were recorded and released through Michael Wolff's Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House.
Aside from calling Ivanka Trump "dumb," he also dubbed her as the "queen of leaks," and, later on, described Jared Kushner as "immature." He also revealed that the First Daughter once called him "a f***ing liar."
With these statements, it has appeared that there is an ongoing rift between Steve Bannon and the First Daughter. But, despite his criticisms toward Ivanka, the President's daughter has reportedly remained silent about the matter.
According to Business Insider, Donald Trump shared his statements after the release of the controversial book. He reportedly said that Steve Bannon has nothing to do with him or his presidency. He also went on to claim that after Bannon was fired, not only that he lost his job but, "he also lost his mind."
Meanwhile, the controversial Fire and Fury book has been repeatedly accused of "factual inaccuracies" and rumors. This is probably the reason why Ivanka Trump never commented on the whole debacle, as per claims.
