WARNING: This article contains spoilers for Snowpiercer episode 3. Read at your own risk.

Snowpiercer episode 3 is set to arrive later this week on TNT, with the title "Access Is Power." There's a lot of exciting stuff coming within this episode, including a great sense of understanding of how the frozen earth works. In addition, we're going to see some of the characters in desperation.

In Snowpiercer episode 3, Layton's tough job puts him in a precarious situation. He'll try to do whatever he can -- with the help of others -- so that he can identify the killer. However, it looks like there's more to this than he previously expected.

Based on the synopsis, Layton and Till descend into the black market of Snowpiercer, hoping to find the killer, as well as a valuable commodity for the revolution. Layton could discover some secrets here, which could help them understand more the world they're living in now.

Layton is now working with the upper-class people, but he is not loyal to them. Layton is still loyal to his people, he just wanted to get all the important information so that they ignite an ultimate revolution. Yet, he could be facing problems with his people.

While they agreed to comply with him, they could probably question his methods. Layton's people may confront him as to why he really worked for the upper-class. A conflict between him and them may arise since his people may think he gets the benefits they've been dreaming of.

Snowpiercer episode 3 also sees Melanie trying to distract some of the passengers. The synopsis notes she staged a prize fight to divert the passenger's attention from mounting a class tension. But then, she may possibly have a hard time doing this, given that some of them are in desperate need.

Meanwhile, there's no need to worry about the future of the dystopian series as TNT renewed it for a second installment. Although the series has just premiered earlier this month, it looks like the network has high hopes for it.

Reportedly, Snowpiercer season 2 is in the works though it may not be coming anytime soon. Due to the current global health crisis, it would most likely arrive at a later date. Some speculated it may probably premiere in May 2021.

Snowpiercer is based on the 2013 South Korean-Czech of the same name helmed by South Korean director Bong Joon-ho. The series stars Jennifer Connelly as Melanie Cavill, Daveed Diggs as Andre Layton, Alison Wright as Lilah Anderson, Mickey Sumner as Bess Till, and Iddo Goldberg as Bennett.

Snowpiercer episode 3 airs on Sunday night, May 31, on TNT.
