One Direction is about to celebrate their 10th anniversary in July, so fans are looking forward for a special reunion of some sort. Fans are expecting Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, and Liam Payne to get reunited once again, although it may not include Zayn Malik.
After Zayn Malik left the band in 2015 before they officially go on an indefinite hiatus, he may not re-join the group for any anniversary projects. Anyhow, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, and Liam Payne are said to be willing to continue any future endeavors for their anniversary even without Giga Hadid's partner.
According to Celebrity Insider, a source revealed that the four band members are now ready to continue their initial plans. However, they have been hesitant at first knowing that the "Dusk Till Dawn" hitmaker might not join them. One Direction started with five members, so they initially wanted to mark their 10th anniversary with all five of them.
Although they may never be complete, it does not mean that they will not do something to celebrate the impressive milestone they reached in their careers. Allegedly, the remaining members of the group are now close to finalizing their "music-filled surprises," along with preparations for their special appearances.
One of the possible gigs One Direction will have is on The Late Late Show with James Corden in July. Hopefully, things will go back to normal by then as the lockdown measures all over the world due to the COVID-19 pandemic ease.
An insider told Hollywood Life that Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, and Liam Payne are all excited for their anniversary project except Zayn Malik. Allegedly, the 27-year-old singer is a "little bit difficult" to sign up to make new music, live performance, give an interview, or do any special.
For a little while, it was all of them or nothing. But, since they have a hard time to get the soon-to-be father on board, they started working without him. Despite that, they had no plans to bash him.
They are just trying to understand his situation as he puts all of his attention on the birth of his child with Gigi Hadid. They are also looking forward do the most of One Direction's anniversary celebration on James Corden's show.
One of the reasons that Zayn Malik cannot join the One Direction reunion is because the 25-year-old model is heavy with his child. Thankfully, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, and Liam Payne understand what he is going through and will never take it against him.
