Song Ji Hyo is not in any rush to get married even though she's already years old and mercilessly teased by her Running Man castmates.
In an interview during the promotion of her latest movie Intruder, Song Ji Hyo said that she does not pay any particular attention to her age when it comes to getting married. Her only concern about growing older is her physical fitness.The actress said that contrary to what other people may think, she is very happy to be where she is at her age.
She said that after she turned 40, she was even more curious to see what her future held. Song Ji Hyo also said that she felt more freedom to do the things that she couldn't do when she was younger. She said she liked it better now that she is trying out new things.
The actress also assured her fans that she is very happy. She did not discount the possibility of meeting someone who would want her to change the way she lives but she is very happy and content with her present self.
Song Ji Hyo was also asked whether she would consider quitting Running Man in the future after she mentioned about her physical fitness.The actress said that she had no immediate plans to stop filming Running Man, a variety show that requires a lot of mental and physical activity.
As an original cast member, Song Ji Hyo has been with the show for 10 years. As of one of the show's aces, the actress said that if she does stop filming Running Man in her 40s, she will continue to work hard on other projects.
Even though Running Man filming is taxing on the schedule, Song Ji Hyo has remained active in the acting scene, regularly filming dramas and movies even as she appeared on TV to complete countless missions with Yoo Jae Suk, Lee Kwangsoo, Kim Jongkook, Haha, Ji Suk Jin, Yang Se Chan and Jeon So Min.
Apart from Intruder, where she plays a woman who returns to her family 25 years after going missing as a child, Song Ji Hyo is also expected to star in an upcoming drama entitled Did We Love?The drama centers on her character, a single mom, and movie producer who is already content with her life when four love interests suddenly appear before her. The drama will premiere on July 9 on JTBC and will replace the timeslot of Mystic Pop Up Bar, Soompi reported.
