V has a very unique personality. The BTS star doesn’t only have next-level good looks, but his mindset as well.
ARMYs know that V is not one to follow what is expected of him. The “Inner Child” singer would rather do his own thing than be a part of the norm.
So when V did something that he is supposed to be apologetic about, he decided to choose a different approach. Instead of saying he was sorry, the BTS star gave some words of wisdom.
V and Jungkook are two of the youngest members of BTS and the pair usually make ARMYs burst into uwus with their adorable friendship. The Golden Maknae even thanked the 24-year-old singer, songwriter, record producer, and actor for being the first person he became close to when he joined the Big Hit Entertainment group.
Although V is almost two years older than Jungkook, many would forget that they don’t have the same age because of their comfortable bond. But despite that, JK still respects V as his hyung even when the latter did something wrong to him.
In one of the episodes of BTS Bon Voyage in Hawaii, V and Jungkook were sitting beside each other when they ate their meal at a restaurant. Suddenly, V accidentally spilled juice all over Jungkook.
Instead of going frantic over his mistake, V looked extremely relax and was still bopping his head as he grabbed a tissue to wipe the spilled juice off. Unlike V, Jungkook looked shocked and concerned especially because he wouldn’t have the chance to change his pants. (Watch the clip here).
The 22-year-old singer, songwriter, and record producer looked at V with a straight face, trying to let him know that he was unhappy with what V had done. It is worth noting that JK was trying not to laugh or smile at this time so V would feel bad about what he did.
But instead of apologizing, V told Jungkook that this is a life lesson that he should learn. “Jungkook, there are many instances like this in life. This is what life is about. That’s just the way it is,” he said while still wiping off the juice he spilled on JK’s pants. The “My Time” singer couldn’t keep a straight face anymore and finally smiled. (Watch the clip here).
What made the moment funny is the fact that V could have just easily said he was sorry and Jungkook would have replied that it was okay. But the BTS star made the whole thing a lot deeper when he began to preach a life lesson to JK.
