Meghan Markle might reportedly get into politics one day amid the growing support of the Black Lives Matter movement. A friend revealed that she has a stronger resolve to help fight racism that has been happening in the United States.

The friend told Daily Mail that Meghan feels it was her destiny to return to the United States amid the protests against racism. The Duchess of Sussex apparently wants to use her voice effectively to usher change, and thus create a political platform.

The source went on to say that Meghan has been speaking with a lot of community leaders to find solutions. She wants to lead in this change that she feels is her real mission in life.

As such, the Duchess of Sussex is reportedly preparing to get more politically involved. Meghan has been socially aware of the issues plaguing society before she became a royal. Only, it frustrated her that she couldn't take action because royals are not supposed to make political stands.

Since quitting her royal life with Prince Harry, however, Meghan is free to pursue her socio-political goals. She has the influence and might even use this to become involved at this year's U.S. elections. A friend also predicted that Meghan, on the side of the Democrats, could be pitted against Ivanka Trump, a Republican.

But in 2015, Meghan apparently confessed to TV host Piers Morgan that she had dreams of becoming the president as a young kid. Friends also said that Meghan had confided in them about her plans to assume the highest political position in the land when the right time comes.

Meghan is apparently described as a "political animal" by her friends. A spokesperson for the Duchess of Sussex didn't want to comment on reports about Meghan's political ambitions, according to The Sun.

Meanwhile, Prince Harry and Meghan have apparently been educating themselves on Black Lives Matter issues as the protests of racism became widespread in the U.S. in recent weeks. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex want to be more educated on the issues that affect black Americans.

Meghan was raised in a biracial family with a white father and an African American mother. As a child, she witnessed how her mother, Doria Ragland, was discriminated because people thought she was the help and not her actual mom.

When her parents divorced, Meghan stayed with her father most of the time and would often be at his place of work in Hollywood studios. When she became of age, Meghan was closer to her mother, who now babysits for her son, since she's been back in Los Angeles.
