Elon Musk's name gets dragged into the legal deposition amid the controversial, $50 million defamation lawsuit Johnny Depp filed against Amber Heard. The SpaceX CEO allegedly had a polyamorous relationship with her ex Aquaman star and Cara Delevingne, which he vehemently denied.

Elon Musk spoke out about the claims he was engaged in a threesome with Amber Heard and Cara Delevingne. The 34-year-old actress' alleged friend revealed that the three had a "three-away affair," and the famed tech entrepreneur started his relationship with Heard even before she got a divorce from Johnny Depp.

The 48-year-old philanthropist denied all the accusations made against him. He told Page Six that he and the Carnival Row star were friends and they had never been intimate to each other. He even added that the 27-year-old could even confirm his assertion.

Also, he cleared that he and The Playboy Club actress only began dating a month after her divorce filing. He believed that it never happened when she was still married to the Pirates of the Caribbean star.

Elon Musk's statement came after his name was dropped in the legal deposition amid Johnny Depp's defamation lawsuit against Amber Heard. The 57-year-old star filed the lawsuit in March 2019 after his former wife wrote an op-ed that revealed she was a victim of domestic abuse.

So to counter the claim, he got Josh Drew's, the former husband of Amber Heard's close friend, Raquel "Rocky" Pennington, help. In the excerpts Daily Mail obtained, Drew was the one who claimed that Elon Musk, Amber Heard, and Cara Delevingne got engaged in a "secret threesome."

Allegedly, Drew answered "yes" to the question of Benjamin Chew, Johnny Depp's lawyer, if Rocky told him that Amber Heard was having an affair with Cara Delevingne when she was still married to Depp. Chew then asked Drew if Rocky told him in "words or substance" that Heard slept with Delevingne and Musk while still married to Depp, to which he answered "yes" again, although he explained that he could not say the specific date when it happened.

According to In Touch, Elon Musk and Amber Heard started dating in 2016. Their romance only lasted for a year, and then they went on their separate ways.

However, the former lovers remained amicable despite the breakup. In a statement in an Instagram comment, the tech entrepreneur explained that although they had split up, they were still friends, remained close, and loved each other.

He the said that being in a long-distance relationship, where they were both busy, was difficult. Elon Musk and Amber Heard continuously exchanged flirty comments on Instagram even if they already broke up.
