On Poosh's Wednesday Wellness chat, Kourtney Kardashian disclosed her new fitness regimen to lose weight after gaining five pounds for being in quarantine. She also divulged the secret to her morning smoothies that would also help her slim down.

The 41-year-old star revealed she was doing intermittent fasting to help her lose weight. This method is believed to help fasten weight loss, boost metabolism, and reduce inflammation, among other benefits, Hollywood Life noted.

The mother-of-three will not eat anything before 11 a.m., but she still takes a morning smoothie so that she can have her "daily vitamin and supplement routine." In the video, she showed her green drink, saying it was her smoothie time before taking her vitamins.

Kourtney Kardashian explained that she had to take her vitamins in the morning, but she could not take it on an empty stomach. As she was not allowed to eat that early due to her diet, she had to drink her smoothie.

Her beverage is composed of healthy ingredients, like spinach and bananas. Sometimes she switches it up with avocado, which she has been posting on her social media accounts.

While in lockdown, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star revealed that baking and homeschooling were her bonding with her three kids. This resulted in a little weight gain, although she was not worried about it at all.
