BLACKPINK has leveled up their record-breaking streak for their comeback track titled "How You Like That" when Jennie, Jisoo, Lisa, and Rose were certified by none other than the Guinness World Records for their exemplary achievements.

According to Guinness World Record's official site, the record body certified that BLACKPINK amassed the most number of views for their "How You Like That" music video within 24 hours of release.

Instead of the 82.4 million earlier reported, Guinness tallied 86.3 million YouTube views for the video within its first day. With this development, BLACKPINK surpassed the record set by BTS in April 2019 for their Boy with Luv collaboration with Halsey.

BLACKPINK, also, effectively earned three records for reaching a milestone number of views from Guinness, including the Most Viewed YouTube Video in 24 hours, Most Viewed Music Video on YouTube in 24 hours and Most Viewed YouTube Video in 24 hours by a K-pop group.

Guinness even certified that BLACKPINK's premiere for "How You Like That" peaked at 1.66 million concurrent viewers and set two more record titles for most viewers for the premiere of a video on YouTube, and most views for the premiere of a music video on YouTube.

BLACKPINK, recently, became the most subscribed music group on Spotify, surpassing British pop group One Direction.

"How You Like That" is BLACKPINK's first comeback track since April 2019 when they released the global megahit "Kill This Love."

Fans were, initially, concerned over the group's long hiatus and demanded that YG Entertainment should focus more on BLACKPINK's promotions and music.

After scheduling Jennie, Jisoo, Lisa, and Rose's comeback in the first quarter of the year. But, their return was once again delayed due to concerns about the COVID-19 pandemic.

YG Entertainment made it up to the fans by arranging an epic collaboration between BLACKPINK and Lady Gaga for the track "Sour Candy." The song was featured on Lady Gaga's recent album "Chromatica" and broke through the top of dance charts worldwide.

YG Entertainment, later, finalized BLACKPINK's three-part comeback this year starting with the pre-release track "How You Like That" The album dropped only last June 26 and led to a massive response from eagerly waiting fans.

Another song is expected from BLACKPINK in July or August before they make a final comeback in September when they release their first full album with 10 tracks. This will be their biggest comeback since they debuted in 2016.
