Meghan Markle's former best friend Jessica Mulroney is reportedly considering writing a tell-all book about the Duchess of Sussex. Her efforts to patch up with Prince Harry's wife, who reportedly continues to ignore her, has verged on desperation.
A source revealed to Daily Mail that Mulroney feels she has nothing to lose if she came out with a tell-all book after Meghan Markle cut her out of her life. Mulroney has apparently been calling and calling the Duchess of Sussex but all she got was blank silence.
The source went on to say that Mulroney needed her best friend's consolation but Meghan turned her back on her at this crucial time in her life. Their other friends have been telling the Canadian TV personality that she should not expect Meghan to reach out to her.
Mulroney and the Duchess of Sussex's friendship soiled since the former was embroiled in a controversy with Black social media influencer Sasha Exeter. The influencer said that Mulroney threatened to destroy her career because of a misunderstanding with her callout in support of the Black Lives Matter movement.
Exeter said that Mulroney used her white privilege to put her down. After exposing their private conversations, Mulroney resigned from all of her TV gigs and decided to keep quiet on social media to reflect on what happened.
Friends of Mulroney said that her actions against Exeter were indeed tone deaf and stupid. They defend that she is not a racist, despite what the public has been saying.
Meghan Markle, however, has not chosen to speak up about her friend's controversy. Mulroney's team apparently want them to be seen together as a show of solidarity but the Duchess of Sussex is not biting on the publicity.
Friends say that Mulroney is "at her wits' end" because of Meghan's snub. Her agents in Hollywood were also told that they can't sign her up for new jobs because she no longer has that influential connection.
Sources also said that Meghan has not just cut off Mulroney from her circle of friends. Apparently, she hasn't been in touch with many of her Los Angeles pals because of fears that they will not be able to stop talking about her to the press.
Allegedly, some of these friends have tried to reach out to the Duchess of Sussex via her mother, Doria Ragland, to no avail. They have been cut off from her life as well and won't likely hear from Meghan Markle again.
