Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, turned 73 years old on July 17 and received some well-wishes online, which was led by Queen Elizabeth.

A post in the official Royal Family social media accounts shows a photograph of Queen Elizabeth with Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, which was taken in 2014. The two looked like they were having a great time together as both had huge smiles on their face, as if they shared a private joke.

Joining the Queen in greeting Camilla online were Prince William and Kate Middleton, who also posted a photo of the Duchess of Cornwall. The group shot was taken during their visit to Loughborough just before the coronavirus lockdown.

On the eve of Camilla's birthday, Clarence House released a recently captured picture of the Duchess of Cornwall. It was, reportedly, taken from the garden of Prince Charles and Camilla's official residence by photographer Chris Jackson.

According to Daily Mail, Camilla is going to spend her 73rd birthday in her private home in Wiltshire with her side of the family and the Prince of Wales. It will be a small private gathering but it's not clear if the duchess will be able to finally see her grandchildren.

During an interview for BBC Radio 5, the royal said that she has been missing her grandkids a lot because of the coronavirus isolation. She said that not being able to hug the kids in person has been her worst feeling during this pandemic.

In that same interview, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, talked about Prince Charles' experience with coronavirus. The royal said that her husband did get away from this sickness "quite lightly" but he is the fittest person she knows, despite his age. Camilla said that Prince Charles, at 71 years old, has the stamina of a mountain goat and could outwalk anyone.

Meanwhile, according to Vanity Fair, Camilla's recent royal engagements during the coronavirus lockdown has shown a side to her that made her relatable and accessible to the public. Prince Charles' wife's video conference calls with different charities were pleasant to watch as she was relaxed, casual and occasionally managed to crack jokes.

Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, also endeared herself when she said that she absolutely loved wearing jeans in the last four months, after wearing formal and semi-formal wardrobes for royal appearances. She said that it will be hard for her to get out of her very relaxed routines and outfits during the lockdown now that they have restarted face-to-face engagements.
