Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, is proud to say that her husband, Prince Charles, the Prince of Wales, is the fittest man alive she knows. Though the heir to the throne is in his early 70s, his wife actually compares him to a mountain goat because he wouldn't quit walking even for someone his age.

In an interview with BBC Radio 5 Live, the Duchess of Cornwall told Emma Barnett that Prince Charles is the type of person who never tires of walking. Just like a mountain goat, Prince Charles is pretty brisk and could leave "everybody miles behind."

The Duchess of Cornwall is not the first royal to comment on the Prince of Wales' favorite activity. His son, Prince William, also said that walking is quit the passion for the future king that it actually worried his son when Prince Charles was isolated for coronavirus in late March.

According to the Duke of Cambridge, more than his COVID-19 diagnosis, Prince William was likely affected that he could not go outside and talk his walks. The Prince of Wales actually told friends later that being stuck at home with the virus disease was pretty boring.

In a previous interview with BBC, Prince Charles said that the reason he loves walking is because it helps clear his head. Apparently, for the heir to Queen Elizabeth's throne, he gets the best ideas and stimulation from this activity so he makes sure to do it every day.

Meanwhile, Camilla also shared with Barnett that she has been enjoying life in lockdown because she was mostly in jeans. The Duchess of Cornwall said that she might have a hard time ditching this way of life now that the royal family is back to in-person engagements and have to dress up.

Camilla, however, revealed that she doesn't love being cooped up in the internet during the more than three months that people were told to stay home to avoid catching the virus. She isn't a fan of the World Wide Web and had to familiarize herself with video conference calls.

The Duchess of Cornwall also confessed she has been missing her grandchildren amid this time in lockdown and she looks forward to seeing and hugging them one day. Prince Charles also had the same sentiments about being in isolation. He said that he hasn't since his father, Prince Philip for a very, very long time and he really wants to hug his grandchildren in person as video calls aren't the same.
