The Walking Dead season 11 will be introducing a new character once it arrives on AMC. However, we have to wait for a while to see this arrival since there is still one more episode left in season 10. After that, the show may likely go on hiatus before filming the new season due to the current health crisis.

Deadline reported that Netflix's She's Gotta Have It star Margot Bingham is one of the newest characters in The Walking Dead season 11. It's yet to be seen what would be her role in the new installment, but she's been a part of the series through most of the current season.

While AMC isn't giving any details about Bingham's character, some speculated she'll be playing the role of the mysterious Stephanie. After all, the actress has been doing voiceover for this character in season 10 episodes "Bonds" and "Morning Star."

Although we only heard her voice in the series, Stephanie is described as an enigmatic survivor of the zombie outbreak in Charleston, West Virginia. She connects via radio with Eugene Porter, who could be her potential love interest later on the series.

Regardless of who Bingham is playing in The Walking Dead season 11, fans will be waiting for a while to see her. There's still one remaining episode for season 10, as the series was not able to air the season finale due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

As for what we can expect in season 10 finale, we could probably see more battles between the Survivors and the Whisperers. Since Alpha is already out of the picture, Beta is likely seeking revenge and planning to attack the group.

Some lives might be in danger and we could possibly see some deaths before the season concludes. Series star Norman Reedus, also, teased that the brewing epic battle can be compared to a "full-on Game of Thrones super war battle."

Meanwhile, since the production from The Walking Dead season 11 is not currently underway, its official release date remains unknown at the moment. It's also unlikely it will be arriving later this year, given that the season 10 finale has already been delayed.

Cast and crew won't be able to start filming anytime soon and there could be changes once the series returns. For instance, some scenes might be limited and there might be a few people on set, as well. And perhaps, we could expect The Walking Dead season 11 arriving at some point in 2021.
