The Walking Dead season 10 finale is coming on AMC, though it remains uncertain when will it arrive. The episode has been, reportedly, filmed some time ago but the delay has something to do with the post-production. Good thing is that one of the cast members teases what's coming in the season finale.
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, series star Norman Reedus, who plays Daryl, discussed what lies ahead on The Walking Dead season 10 finale. The actor hinted that there would be an epic battle, which is similar to a "full-on Game of Thrones super war battle."
Reedus said it was fun to shoot the episode, and at the same time, they had to dig deep since it's an exhausting one. He added that there would be huge battle scenes until the wee hours of the morning, noting it's grand on an epic scale and that these battles are going to be legendary.
While we already see big battles earlier this season, The Walking Dead season 10 finale brings more action-packed scenes, making fans even more excited. This episode is going to be big, bold, dramatic, and comes along with unexpected twists and turns.
The big battle between the survivors and remaining members of the Whisperers would be bloody and intense, as well. Beta, in particular, is out there seeking revenge. He's likely planning something to attack the survivors and some lives might be in danger.
Meanwhile, The Walking Dead season 10 finale also sees Lauren Cohan returning as Maggie. There have been speculations about her return and it's now officially confirmed she's coming back. The preview of the episode featured Maggie wearing a hat and a bandana.
It looks like she's now connected to either Fear the Walking Dead group or old west wagon train. In the clip, Maggie received a letter in a dead drop. The message informed her that some of her old friends at Hilltop were dead, including Enid, Jesus, and Tara.
The letter also noted what the Whisperers are doing now. Maggie will now return to help the survivors fight against the Whisperers. It's yet to be seen whether she has an army of her own, but since she's gone for a long time, she has made some friends.
Maggie is a big help to the group, especially since some of the characters are now gone -- such as Rick, Michonne, and Carl. It only makes sense The Walking Dead season 10 finale brings back a character like Maggie since she's a huge help for the survivors.
