Prince Andrew received a warning from Lisa Bloom, the lawyer of Jeffrey Epstein's victims, who said that the Duke of York should be very concerned now that Ghislaine Maxwell lost her right to some documents that may have incriminating links to their sex crimes.

Bloom told Daily Mirror that sealed legal papers pertaining to Epstein and Maxwell's illegal activities may now be unsealed by the court after Maxwell lost her bid to keep this under wraps. Allegedly, some of these documents contain flight logs showing that Prince Andrew had frequent access to Epstein's jet and his private island.

The lawyer reiterated that anyone with a connection to Epstein and Maxwell should be concerned. Bloom said that she is particularly referring to Prince Andrew, who promised on national television that he will cooperate with the investigations but has yet to talk to the U.S. authorities.

The documents are from a 2015 civil case filed by Virginia Giuffre against Maxwell, which is different from their current criminal case. New York Judge Loretta Preska, reportedly, gave in to the request of the U.S. media to unseal the civil case papers as it could shed light on the criminal case.

Giuffre has come out and said that she had been in bed with Prince Andrew three times, as prodded by Epstein. She was a minor at that time but the Duke of York claimed that he doesn't remember ever meeting her.

Maxwell is, currently, in prison without bail for allegedly taking part in Epstein's sex trafficking trade. She is being tried in court for grooming and abusing underage girls.

The British socialite has been friends with Prince Andrew since their college years. Following Epstein's suicide in prison in 2019, Maxwell apparently met with Prince Andrew a few times at Buckingham Palace.

The U.S. authority has been wanting to speak to the Duke of York because of Giuffre's statements. His legal team would like to give a prepared statement, instead of a sit-down interview with the FBI, as they are concerned Prince Andrew would be treated as a suspect and not a witness to the case.

On July 8, U.S. Attorney General William Barr urged Prince Andrew to fly to America and talk to the FBI about what he knows of Epstein's activities.  Mark Stephens, a lawyer who is not connected to the case, however, said that Prince Andrew is a "covert target" of the U.S. authorities.

Stephens said that the U.S. cannot extradite Prince Andrew so they are asking him to voluntarily speak with the FBI. However, if the FBI has enough evidence, they could charge Prince Andrew of the same crimes as Maxwell or Epstein.
