Meghan Markle started her career in the entertainment world as a briefcase model on the game show Deal or No Deal. She, then, became a struggling actress before landing the role of Rachel Zane in Suits.

A new report revealed that Meghan Markle’s Wikipedia entry has been altered. Three weeks before the former actress’ relationship with Prince Harry was made public in 2016, her Wikipedia content was changed.

“Markle made her debut late in the first season of Deal or No Deal on April 12, 2006. Aside from a single appearance holding case #12, Markle was the regular model carrying case #24. Markle quit the show in early 2007,” Meghan Markle’s Wikipedia entry stated.

But, according to The Telegraph, the entry about Meghan Markle’s stint in Deal or No Deal was scrapped, and the extra space was made for her “humanitarian work” on October 9. Another change was reportedly made 10 minutes later.

According to a 2018 book “Meghan: A Hollywood Princess,” Meghan Markle had been creating her personal brand since 2006. This was that time that the Duchess of Sussex was a part of the television game show Deal or No Deal. She was one of the 26 “Briefcase Girls” on the show.

Meghan Markle reportedly “stood out” from the other models because of how he handled herself. While most of the girls went on night outs and met up for after-work activities, the Duchess of Sussex rarely joined them.

She also didn’t pose for silly pictures, and would always try to show off her best angles to the camera. Meghan Markle only drank champagne, didn’t engage with gossips, and was apparently “never heard to swear.”

While many of the models felt extremely lucky to be a part of Deal or No Deal as it was a pretty popular show in the U.S., Meghan Markle saw it as a temporary stint and had her eyes on acting.

Meghan Markle is, now, the wife of Prince Harry. Since the former actress had always been curious about her brand, she and Prince Harry have worked hard on their Royal Sussex brand over the past couple of years. However, they were stripped off from their HRH title and banned to use the word “royal” after their royal exit.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are, currently, living in Los Angeles with their son Archie. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are making a fresh start in the U.S., but their plans have been put on hold due to the coronavirus pandemic.
