Prince Andrew's ex-wife Sarah Ferguson, more popularly known as Fergie, has scored a new gig as a judge on a talent contest. But, it's unlike any other talent contest because the participants are expected to horse dance.

According to The Sun, Prince Andrew's ex-wife finished filming the pilot for Dancing With Horses, where she judged contestants based on a complicated dance routine. The dancers' partners are actual trained animals and their routines are difficult but exquisite if executed right.

Producer Claudia Rosencrantz confirmed that Fergie joined as judge in the pilot episode. She said that the Duchess of York, who loves to ride horses and is actually an expert rider, was "wonderful to work with."

Members of the animal welfare organization American Humane were, also, on the set to ensure that filming with the horses was safe.  Rosencrantz said that she's been planning this kind of talent show for eight years.

Produced by the same group who brought Who Wants to be a MillionaireDancing with Horses was filmed in the U.K. However, its succeeding episodes will still hinge on the pandemic crisis.

Meanwhile, this isn't the first TV gig for Fergie. She, previously, appeared in shows like The Vicar of Dibley and had a cameo on the popular hit series Friends.

Fergie was married to Prince Andrew from 1986 to 1996 but they continue to live in the same house at the Royal Lodge in Windsor. They agreed to raise their daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, together. But, speculations were rife last year that Fergie and Prince Andrew reconciled amid his controversial scandal relating to the Jeffrey Esptein sex trafficking case.

The Duchess of York has been staunchly defending her ex-husband. She, also, supported Prince Andrew when decided not to have his photos taken during Princess Beatrice recent wedding to Edo Mapelli Mozzi so as not to draw attention from the media. Fergie didn't have publicly-released photos with the bride and groom.

Meanwhile, Prince Andrew is, reportedly, not the only member of the royal family in Epstein's black book. Reports cited the Queen's nephew and Princess Margaret's son, David Linley, is also listed as one of Epstein's contacts.

David, the Earl of Snowdon, is the first cousin of Prince Andrew. According to Tatler, he has carved his own success as a furniture maker and businessman selling luxury goods, including surf boards costing thousands of dollars.
