Prince William has now spoken about Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand's book Finding Freedom. A source recently revealed that the royal-born Prince did not find the contents of the book pleasing.

The book, which reportedly charts the details of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's royal lives, is just about to arrive on August 11. The Times and The Sunday Times, however, has already "serialized" the book last week and shared a few excerpts before the public.

The extracts, reportedly, centered on the relationships that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have had with the rest of the British Royal Family. Alongside the shocking revelations, the excerpts also gave a few hints about the book's take on the Sussex couple's first dates and meetings.

Ahead of Finding Freedom's official release, Prince William felt "royally outraged," according to Us Weekly. He, reportedly, thinks that the book is Meghan and Harry's way to control the "narrative." Not to mention, they seemingly took advantage of their networks in the industry to have them "painted in a favorable light."

The sources added that there was already "bad blood" before the book came into light. However, with the book's arrival, the alleged tension between the Duke of Cambridge and Duke of Sussex is taking a whole "new turn."

The excerpts from Finding Freedom reveal that Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton are not and were not in a feud, according to People. The tension between the two couples, reportedly, lies between the royal siblings, Prince William and Prince Harry.

The authors, Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand claim that the "decline" in their relationship started when the Duke of Cambridge "warned" his younger brother not to rush things with the then-Suits actress. He, reportedly, wanted to ensure that he was not "blindsided by lust." While it was out of good intentions, it "pissed" Prince Harry off, the sources said.

Following the excerpts' release, the Sussex couple's PR team released an official statement clarifying that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry had no contributions to the book. "They were not interviewed," the statement reads.

Finding Freedom's authors echoed the statements. They said that they and the book do not claim to have any interviews with the Duke and Duchess.

Despite the statements, sources said that Prince William believes otherwise, and thinks that they had involvement in the creation of the material. In the end, he also, reportedly, could not help but think that the "resentment" Prince Harry has for him and the rest of the British Royal Family is a telling sign that he is "struggling" with his life in the United States.
