Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Garner's relationship is purely platonic amid the rumors their friendship is getting serious. The two are, reportedly, just friends and it will stay that way forever.
A source told Us Weekly their bond is "strictly platonic." Rumors about their romance started to emerge after they were seen at a Malibu beach after Garner and ex-boyfriend, John Miller, broke up.
In the photos published by TMZ, they looked happy as they spent time together, along with Cooper's three-year-old daughter, Lea De Seine, with his former girlfriend, Irina Shayk. Us confirmed the Garner and Cooper's split after almost two years of dating.
Another insider told the publication that Miller was ready for marriage, but the 48-year-old actress could not fully commit. Anyhow, they went on their separate ways in a very amicable manner.
Cooper and Garner had worked together for the hit television series, Alias, in the early 2000s. She played the role of the CIA agent Sydney Bristow, while the 45-year-old actor took the character of her best friend, the journalist Will Tippin.
In 2018, according to Mirror Online, Garner honored Cooper at the 32nd American Cinematheque Awards. She had nothing but good words for her pal, saying that those people who knew him celebrated all of his victories, either big or small.
The Peppermint star continued that there was something about them who were in the same success and failure that made her love them most. She, then, joked about their bond when she first welcomed him to Hollywood by cooking dinner for him. Garner seemed to confirm that she knew Cooper's "heart and stomach."
Meanwhile, before Garner had a thing with Miller, she was once married to Ben Affleck. Garner and Affleck called it quits in 2015 after ten years of marriage.
They share three kids, Violet, 14, and Seraphina, 11, and Samuel, 8. Despite their divorce, they remain amicable, resulting in a good co-parenting relationship.
Miller, alternatively, was married to Caroline Campbell, to whom he shares two children. A different source told Us that Garner and Miller were in the same places in their lives, like raising kids after a divorce.
They were on the same page on almost everything, and both understood where "things stood." A second insider added Garner was contented and happy with Miller.
However, she had no plans to take their relationship to the next level. The tipster continued Miller wanted to marry Garner, but he knew he could not rush her.
