Melania Trump made several changes in her life upon joining her husband inside the White House. Experts said that she has since evolved from being a "party girl" to a "serious political figure."
It is not surprising, though, considering her role in the United States. As the First Lady of the country, reports noted that it only makes sense why she had to undergo a lot of changes in her lifestyle and appearance.
Speaking to the Daily Express, digital marketing manager at Moda in Pelle, Gianni Casagrande, explained that Melania's transformation has become very apparent in her choices of clothing. The public has, reportedly, seen the evolution of her style.
He asserted that, when Melania Trump first met Donald Trump, she had a stable modeling career. So, in keeping up with her "profession," she, reportedly, needed her style to be "provocative" and "revealing."
Casagrande, then, pointed out that she used to wear a lot of "thigh-baring low cut doll dresses." Alongside these iconic pieces, fur coats were also part of her "wardrobe staple."
But, her fashion choices have come a long way since then. When she became the First Lady of the United States, Melania, reportedly, started to become "more conservative" and "elegant." The expert added that some of her favorite designers include Roksanda Ilincic, Dolce & Gabbana, and Ralph Lauren.
Casagrande argued, however, that, despite her more serious appeal before the public, she has continued to give nods to her previous fashion choices. He claimed that Melania Trump still often wears off shoulders and "thigh splits."
There is no doubt that the former model has, indeed, incorporated a lot of changes in her clothing choices. But, the expert shared that the First Lady might have started her "evolution" way earlier than 2016 and 2017.
He stated that Donald Trump's bid for the presidency, actually, began in the early 2000s. During this period, Casagrande, then, said that the public saw her "move away" from her "fun-loving party" character into a much more serious figure.
Harper's Bazaar released a compilation of Melania Trump's photos, featuring her iconic fashion styles and appearances. The publication, also, attested that the First Lady has already avoided the dramatic furs and "plunging necklines." These days, she, reportedly, prefers "elegant" pieces.
Some fashion experts even deemed her style today as "regal," claiming that she has drawn inspirations from the British Royals, especially Queen Elizabeth and Kate Middleton. While she remains tight-lipped about the matter, reports said that her overall looks and fashion statements are, already, enough response.
