The agency of former AOA member Mina will file legal charges against malicious commenters since her health, reportedly, deteriorated after suffering from hate comments.

According to Woori Actors, they are filing a lawsuit against users of DC Insider, on behalf of Mina. The agency claimed that Mina's health deteriorated rapidly because of the malicious posts from netizens, All Kpop reported.

The agency added that DC Insider and Nate Pann infringed on the rights of their artist with the statements posted on the sites. Woori Actors said that the comments were so bad that they could not even be mentioned publicly.

They said that this will not be the only charges they will file on behalf of Mina. According to the agency, they are gathering more evidence against malicious commenters to sue them in an orderly manner.

The label appealed to netizens to stop insulting Mina and vowed to take civil and criminal legal action against those who would continue to do so. They, also, clarified that their move does not have anything to do with FNC Entertainment, Mina's former agency.

It can be recalled that Mina, recently, became embroiled in a bullying controversy after she revealed that her former AOA member Jimin bullied her for 10 years while she was still part of the girl group.

Mina shared evidence that she tried to inflict self-harm multiple times because of Jimin's abuse. She, also, posted snippets of their chat messages, as well as photos of her scars that prove that she was telling the truth.

As a result of the scandal, Jimin announced her departure from AOA and her retirement from the entertainment industry.

However, Mina, recently, attempted to harm herself again as she called out the CEO of her former agency and her former AOA members on social media.

She was rushed to the hospital to receive treatment after her agency quickly contacted emergency services as soon as they read her alarming post.

They announced that Mina will be focusing on her recovery in the presence of her family. The former AOA member, also, opted to reject a police investigation into the bullying case after a fan filed an official complaint with authorities.

Woori Actors said that Mina did not want things to blow up any further and wanted to focus on getting better after she made peace with her former CEO during a personal meeting.

Mina, also, deactivated her Instagram account to focus on her mental health.
