Kim Heechul revealed the reason why he can't get married yet.

According to a report by Koreaboo, the Super Junior member shared his thoughts about settling down with Noh Hong Chul and Kim Yong Cheol in an old episode of their travel show Where Are You Going, Ddaenchul?

During their drive across Fukuoka, Japan, Heechul expressed his apprehension about getting married and admitted that, even though he was in his late 30s, he did not have any previous experience of going on trips with his girlfriends because of his sensitivity to meeting people.

He, also, said that he wanted to date freely but he was always worried about how his fans would accept the news.

It can be recalled that his Super Junior member Sungmin, disappointed many members of ELFs with the mishandling of dating and marriage news many years ago.

Heechul said that he was very cautious about being involved in dating news because he did not want to hurt the fans or break their hearts by getting married suddenly.

Early this year, Heechul was the first celebrity to confirm that he was dating TWICE's Japanese member Momo. The news was generally well-received by fans who wished the couple well.

Fans said that they were happy that Heechul could date because he deserved to be happy. They did not mind the couple's 13-year age gap and different nationalities.

Even though Heechul already opened up about his dating life, he generally refrained from mentioning his relationship in his shows.

His co-hosts often teased him about his girlfriend and mentioned Momo to surprise him. The Universal Star only responded with a slight smile or laughter.

To protect their privacy, Heechul and Momo also did not confirm when exactly they started dating, even though there were plenty of speculations about their relationship.

In an interview, Heechul admitted that he did not want to muddle the issue because he did not want his fans to misunderstand him.

He said he was thankful to the fans for supporting him and his relationship, but at times, it made him feel guilty and made him ask whether he deserved all the love he was getting.

The Knowing Bros. host said that he prepared a solo album called Flower Petal as a love letter for his supporters but he opted to hold its release because he did not want people to put any other meaning to his songs.
