BTS members will own part of Big Hit Entertainment when they become shareholders of the label.

According to a report by All Kpop, each BTS member will own 68,385 shares of the label when Big Hit has its initial public offering later this year. With each share priced at approximately 105,000 Won ($88.39) to 135,000 Won ($113.65), each member stands to earn $7.7 million from the deal.

With the stock value added to their currrent net worth, BTS members are expected to double their individual wealth. RM, Jin, Suga, Jimin, V, and Jungkook can end the year with $15.7 million in net worth. J-Hope, who had a net value of $12 million last year, could close out 2020 with a whopping $19.2 million.

Of course, the figures do not account for the members' earnings from royalties, performances, television appearances, and endorsement deals.

With the shares given to BTS, the members will collectively own 33.5 percent of the label and 6.7 percent of the total shares. Big Hit founder and CEO Bang Si Hyuk will remain as the largest shareholder, owning 43.44 percent of the company. Netmarble also owns a significant amount of shares with 25 percent.

Once the registration with the Financial Services Commission is finalized, Big Hit will be listed on the Korea Composite Stock Price Index.

Earlier, it was reported that the company will be offering 7.13 million shares of its stock to the public. This will generate 748.7 billion Won ($630,208,641.64)  to 962.6 billion Won ($810,256,228.72) for the label.

It is not surprising that BTS members will become shareholders in the company that they helped boost to the summit of global music.

In the first half of this year alone, Big Hit posted 49.7 billion won ($41.9 million) in profits, mainly due to the success of BTS's first album, Map of the Soul: 7, and Bang Bang Con: The Live online concert, Reuters reported.

The level of profit that Big Hit amassed at a time when record labels are reeling from the impacts of COVID-19 was remarkable, and the company has the potential to do even better in the remaining half of the year.

BTS's first English single, "Dynamite," which was intended to be part of the group's second album for the year, destroyed YouTube viewing records and catapulted BTS to the pinnacle of the Billboard Hot 100 chart, making them the first Korean act to reach No. 1 the chart.
