Prince William, Kate Middleton, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle were once dubbed as the “Royal Fab Four.” The Cambridges and Sussexes worked together that many were excited about their team-up.

However, royals fans noticed that Prince William, Kate Middleton, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle appear to be less close after a while. Speculations of a feud then erupted, even more, when the Sussexes removed themselves from a joint foundation with the Cambridges.

Now, some supporters of Prince William, Kate Middleton, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle are taking the alleged rift to the next level and pitting the couples against each other. Recently, a fan accused the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge for “copying” Harry and Meghan on social media.

Prince William and Kate Middleton used Instagram Reels for the first time to share a video of them making bagels at Beigel Bake in London's Brick Lane. While many enjoyed the clip, one royal fan didn’t like the idea and believed that it was just a tactic to get attention.

"They're just copying #Harryandmeghan now that they are center of attention again! The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will always be one step ahead of #williamandkate because they truly care for everyone and everything, HRH title or not! #Sussexfamilyforever!" the fan wrote.

Prince William and Kate Middleton’s Instagram account had been active since 2015. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge even shared it with Prince Harry to feature their charitable work.

In 2018, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle created their own page. But, the couple took it down as part of their withdrawal deal.

After saying their goodbyes to their Instagram followers on March 30, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have not posted on the Sussex Royal account since. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex had 11.3 million followers in April, and they are now down to 10.7 million as of this writing.

Queen Elizabeth previously released a statement, via the Buckingham Palace, that she supports Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s decision of stepping down as senior royals. But, just like everyone else, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s choice also came with a price.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will not only lose their HRH titles and the Duke of Sussex’s military title. However, they will also be banned from using the word “royal” in their future activities. The couple, then, released a statement of their own, noting that they had no intention of using the “Sussex Royal” brand after they officially leave their roles.
