Kate Middleton launched a photography project with 100 images chosen from over 30,000 entries taken during the coronavirus lockdown. The Duchess of Cambridge’s collaboration with Hold Still touched a lot of hearts and it even earned her a new title.

One of the images chosen from the exhibition was from a five-year-old girl Mila. The little girl called Kate Middleton a “real-life princess” during an interview with ITV's royal correspondent Chris Ship.

"There's a real-life princess who picked my picture and the Queen knows about everything. Everyone in this whole entire world will see my picture,” Mila said.

Kate Middleton may be a commoner before she married Prince William in 2011, but many believe that she is every bit of a princess. But just because the Duchess of Cambridge has a royal title now, that doesn’t mean that she already forgot where she came from. In fact, Kate still posses the simplicity that most commoners have.

While Kate Middleton looks like a real princess when she attends formal events in her stunning dresses, the Duchess of Cambridge looks just like everyone else on some occasions. Despite her model-like height and physique, Prince William’s wife would usually choose a more casual and comfortable outfit.

Back in February, Prince William and Kate Middleton went to Mumbles in South Wales and visited a couple of landmarks, including an RNLI lifeboat station, a Tata Steel Plant, and an ice cream parlor. Fans of all ages greeted the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge as they tour around the area.

Kate Middleton looked very chic in her Hobbs long navy coat, Beulah red and white scarf, and Zara maxi dress. However, a young fan was not that impressed with her outfit.

According to one mom present at the ice cream parlor, her daughter had an adorable exchange with Kate Middleton. Rhian Costello shared that young Annabel was disappointed that the Duchess of Sussex was not wearing a princess dress.

The mom told Kate Middleton that her daughter was excited to see a real-life princess. Rhian Costello then said shared that Kate apologized for her outfit. “And [Kate] said, ‘I’m sorry I’m not wearing a pretty dress today.’ Annabel then said that she thought she’d look like Cinderella.”

While her daughter may have been quite disappointed with Kate Middleton's choice of dress, Rhian Costello had nothing but praises for the Duchess. She said that Prince William’s wife was “very, very natural and lovely and sweet with the children.”
