Rumors continuously plague The Ellen DeGeneres Show after some staffers revealed the "toxic work environment." Now, there are claims Ellen DeGeneres herself fears the show may soon come to an end due to the endless speculations about it.

National Enquirer claimed DeGeneres is getting paranoid, fearing the worst is about to come to her show. The 62-year-old host is said to be in "a state of panic" and worried that she might lose the program.

Sources revealed the allegations made against her and the show have "rocked" her to the very core that she started to believe she's about to lose everything. An insider even claimed Portia de Rossi's wife is depressed because of everything she's been through.

The tipster continued most of DeGeneres's influential friends in Hollywood are now ghosting her. She's even convinced that there might be more people who would turn their backs on her.

However, Gossip Cop debunked the claims and stressed that a lot of DeGeneres's A-list friends have come to her defense. Also, it's good to note that Ellen recently returned on the air for its 18th season amid the numerous claims about its possible cancellation.

The show's ratings itself shut down the malicious assertions that it would be axed. There's also no truth to the claim that DeGeneres "feared" her show would be over.

If it's true, she would never have returned for a new season in the first place or even took full responsibility for the accusations. A rep close to the Finding Nemo star even denied these issues.

Also, James Corden shut down the rumors he would replace DeGeneres should The Ellen DeGeneres Show end, Digital Spy noted. In the game Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts with Alicia Keys on The Late Late Show with James Corden, he said there's "absolutely no truth" to these absurd claims.

Keys asked the 42-year-old TV host about the rumors and if he ever considered taking over Ellen. Corden didn't mind the food in front of him and said he would happily answer the 39-year-old singer-songwriter's question.

He, then, explained he had no idea where those malicious rumors came from. Corden believed somebody started the rumor and people began to jump on it. He stressed there's "absolutely no truth in that story at all."

The Cats star thought it would be bizarre even to consider taking over a show from someone who had done the job "outrageously well" for 18 years. So, there's no truth to it and, if ever his own show comes to an end, it will be the time for Corden to stop hosting.
