"League of Legends: Wild Rift" players would soon have the chance to select among six champions when the game releases but it appears that as early as the game's beta, Camille, one of the champions has already been nerfed.

The new champion is probably the fifth of the six that would be introduced to "League of Legends: Wild Rift" this year. However, it seems that the devs immediately rolled out hotfix nerf to the new champion just a few days after it was launched in the game's beta. On Twitter, the team shared that the champion's base attack damage has been decreased from 70 to 58 or almost 20%.

Camille also received a much longer cool down with her CD refund when hitting another champion decreased by 50%.  Back when the champion was not yet introduced as Camille, she was described as an extremely dangerous fugitive. This particular type of character is heavily armored and execute punishment to those garbed with heavy armor by killing them and destroying their armor.

It appears that the team behinf "League of Legends: Wild Rift" already learned its lessons from Samira. When the champion was released, multiple players were angry because she was not nerfed during the beta. During her launch, Samira was considered broken, which is seemingly the reason why the devs immediately nerfed Camille at its beta testing.

Riot Games' recent action to Camille is an indication that it prioritizes gameplay balance. Games like "League of Legends: Wild Rift" requires this crucial component because thousands of dollars could be at stake in just one game. Also, playing a game that is inherently unfair is never cool.

Apart from the new champions, "League of Legends: Wild Rift" also introduced popular skins. A few days ago, Riot Games dropped five popular skins from "League of Legends." Among these is Corporate Mundo wearing a suit and tie and wielding a telephone as its weapon, which keeps with the business theme. Augmented Singed is now available in the game offering a new look to the champion with distinct sounds and visual effects.

Sona also gets the Muse skin while Ashe receives a classic Freljord Ashe in "League of Legends: Wild Rift." The final skin introduced to the game is the Red Riding Annie. It is the champion's most popular skin derived from the classic fairy tale with Tibbers assuming the look of the big bad wolf.

"League of Legends: Wild Rift" is currently in beta stage and available to players in select regions.
