Reddit user 2chicken2burp shared on the site an interesting discovery he uncovered in the teaser trailer of "God Of War." While it is not the first time that the trailer hinted about Ragnarok, it solidifies the direction of the game's narrative. The tipster shared the image of the runes in the title card, which, according to him, spell Ragnarok.
Players who have played the game took note of the frequency of symbols that represent Freya. Fans speculate that Freya might have a key role in "God of War: Ragnarok." Interestingly, her connection in the upcoming title is backed by the events that took place in the previous "God of War" title and trailer.
Also, the lore of Ragnarok is relatively linked to the events of the previous game. Many claimed that Kratos' actions may have triggered Ragnarok, which could mean the death of many gods and the new reign of mankind. Essentially, this theme fits well with the previous "God of War" title where Kratos systematically killed Greek gods.
