Kate Middleton has been trying to outclass the paparazzi by periodically releasing photos of her children -- George, Charlotte and Louis -- especially during their milestones. Recently, however, the Duchess of Cambridge had to share photos of her children to the public reportedly in response to another paparazzi violation.

According to Roberta Fiorito and Rachel Bowie of the podcast Royally Obsessed, the public loved the photos of George, Charlotte and Louis as they welcomed Sir David Attenborough into their Kensington Palace home. Bowie said, however, that not a lot people were aware that Kate Middleton allowed to send out these official pictures to stop the paparazzi from hounding on her kids.

Apparently, before Attenborough's visit, Kate was devastated to learn that the paparazzi took photos of her and Prince Louis as they were walking at the Battersea Bridge in London. Images Duchess of Cambridge with her youngest child with Prince William ended up in the Italian tabloid magazine, Chi.

Reports revealed that Kate and Prince Louis were stuck in traffic near the London Bridge so she got out of the car with her son. She was showing Louis the boats to entertain the two-year-old as they waited out the vehicle build up to disperse.

The paparazzi shots were "highly unusual" because Kensington Palace had an agreement with the British tabloid press not to purchase and publish photos from paparazzi. This arrangement was enforced since Prince George's birth but it doesn't cover the tabloid press abroad.

Kate believes she can protect George, Charlotte and Louis from the harsh realities of being in the royal spotlight if the photos of her children personally come from Kensington Palace. In most instances, it works for the Cambridge family but the paparazzi can be relentless, especially if there's a market abroad.

Last summer, the images of Prince Harry and Meghan's son, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, were splashed all over European tabloid pages. But, unlike Kate and Prince William, Harry and Meghan are taking legal action against the unnamed paparazzo to protect Archie.

Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi also found themselves in the European tabloids when the paparazzi took their photos during their honeymoon. The York royal and her new husband were with Wolfie, Beatrice's four-year-old stepson.

But, royal observers said Kate knows how to handle the paparazzi best. One royal correspondent, Camilla Tominey, observed that the Duchess of Cambridge might even be taking points from how these European tabloid photos appear so she has been releasing candid photos of her family as well as professionally-taken images.
