Black Clover Episode 149, titled "Two Things We Need To Find," teases the continuation of the turmoil at the Clover Kingdom. Things are getting pretty intense as Asta continues his adventure, but will he be fine in the next episode?
The new trailer for Black Clover Episode 149 and it hints something terrible may happen in the kingdom. The clip began with the warning that the realm is still "embroiled in chaos."
The threat of the devil is growing and it is getting near them. The video also gave a glimpse of Secre Swallowtail and Lemiel Silvamillion Clover.
Here, she seemed to tell him it's "always darkest before the dawn," asking him if what she said was right. By the looks of it, something sinister may happen in Black Clover Episode 149.
In the previous episode, Magma wanted to watch the Devil Believers, but Yami said they didn't have to rush, Otakukart noted. Two pretty birdies arrived and Asta noticed they were the Captain Fugeleona and Nozel with the door guy.
No one wanted to listen to Fugeleona, while Dazu asked to have the mana. When the two raised the magic book, an ice monster appeared and the villagers run away.
Credits to the strong mana, the Devil Brothers managed to summon the magic beast, although they weren't aware of it. Yami, Nozel, and Fugeleona worked together to bring the beast down, using their Dark Magic: Dark Cloaked Black Blade.
Dazu then learned they weren't interested in the grimoire, but to save everyone instead. On the other hand, Nero helped the villagers with their wounds. Dazu and Bow found out the Magic Knight was there to protect everybody.
Nozel assured them they meant no harm and just wanted to talk. The door guy opened the door and then William and Dominatio came out. William easily won the heart of the villagers.
Elsewhere, Yami stopped Dazu from blowing everyone. Dominatio wanted to judge Dazu and Bow and promised not to arrest or punish them.
Dominatio then revealed the Devil Believers were exiled from the Clover Kingdom, so the door guy opened the door for their departure. Dazu announced no one could decide where they would go and gave Asta his grimoire back.
Asta told her she would be the Wizard King someday, promising to create a land where they could all live freely. Dazu wished she could be like Asta.
