Suga created a ship name for him and J-Hope, which is Sope. ARMYs didn't consider this tandem before, considering how different the two are. But after seeing their chemistry, a lot of fans quickly became a supporter of the ship.

While Sope is not the most popular ship in BTS, Suga and J-Hope always managed to have more genuine and natural interactions compared to other ships. In fact, even the Run BTS! staff couldn’t help but be a fan of Sope as well.

ARMYs have noticed that Run BTS! staff would always find an opportunity to add captions that seemingly proved they’re Sope enthusiasts. In the behind-the-scenes of the recent episode of the variety web series, students RM, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook had to answer “O” or “X” to teacher Jin’s questions.

One of those questions caught ARMYs attention. Just like in the previous episodes, Run BTS! staff took their chance once again to show their love for Sope. The question read: “I hear that Suga adores Hobi very much.”

What made the whole thing even more startling is that none of the boys flinched, as if they were already used to these kinds of words from the Run BTS! staff. Not surprisingly, this is not the first time they boldly shipped Suga and J-Hope in front of BTS and ARMYs.

In Run BTS! Episode 109, the members were tasked to do dub for The Lion King, Toy Story, and Zootopia. In the Director’s cut of the episode, RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook were told to dub their previous acting stint, but they have to change roles.

Suga quickly said that he wanted to be J-Hope, and Run BTS! staff saw their chance. They captioned the scene: “Of course, Suga chooses his bias, J-Hope.”

Run BTS! editors even wrote “Suga loves J-Hope so very much” in an earlier episode of the show.

But Run BTS! staff are not the only ones who ship Sope as BANGTANTV editors appear to be enthusiasts of the pair as well. On June 10, BTS uploaded a fun Karaoke time with the members for FESTA 2020 on YouTube called Map of the Song: 7.

The boys were divided into units, and to no one's surprise, Suga and J-Hope were assigned to be in one team. After singing their hearts out in the Karaoke booth, the rappers picked from the lucky draw board to claim their prize. When the pair picked each other’s photocards, BANGTANTV editors added the caption “SOPE is true.”
