Fans are now waiting for the coming of Seven Deadly Sins Season 5 after Netflix dropped Season 4 last year. Although the latest installment just concluded in March, viewers can't wait to see what will happen next to Meliodas and the rest of the cast.

According to Devdiscourse, Seven Deadly Sins Season 5 will bear the title Seven Deadly Sins: The Judgment of Anger. Meliodas, Elizabeth, Hawk, Dianne, Van, King, Gowther, Merlin, and Escanor are seen standing against the flames and a mighty enemy in the new season's official visual on Twitter.

The much-loved superheroes are about to face their destiny in the upcoming new installment. Season 5 was supposed to be out this October, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was moved to a later date.

Instead, fans are about to see the fifth installment in January 2021 in Japan. On the other hand, international fans need to wait a little longer to finally watch the show on Netflix in April of the said year.

It remains to be seen how many episodes Seven Deadly Sins Season 5 will have as it varies every season. Anyhow, it may delve into Meliodas' true demonic form, which he revealed in the previous installment.

After he played the role of the leader of the Ten Commandments, his revelation may come with dire consequences in the next arc. Season 4 already covered 267 chapters of the manga series, TechRadar noted.

As it has a total of 346 chapters, it still has 79 chapters left to be adapted. So, Seven Deadly Sins Season 5 has a lot of stories to feature and the show still has a long way to go.

Of course, fans will again see the original cast return in the upcoming new season. Bryce Papernbrook will reprise his role as Meliodas, Cristina Valenzuela as Hawk, Erika Harlacher as Elizabeth, Erica Mendez as Diane, Max Mittelman as King, and Robbie Daymond as Glithunder, among others.

Flixrazzii noted Seven Deadly Sins Season 5 is expected to be the "most jampacked season" as it may be the end of the anime series due to its title. In this regard, fans are expecting its animation quality to be much better after they got into a heated debate on Twitter.

Also, this is the best time that the anime series will up its game. Do you think Seven Deadly Sins Season 5 will be the final chapter of Meliodas' story? Share your thoughts below.
