BLACKPINK has been in the industry for almost five years, but Jisoo, Jennie, Rose, and Lisa had been together way longer than that. That said, the girls treat each other as a family than group members.
The YG Entertainment girl group has spent more time together than with their family since their trainee days. Because of that, Jisoo, Jennie, Rose, and Lisa are extremely close and comfortable with each other.
The BLACKPINK girls know each of the members well that they can distinguish when they are being serious and when they are being silly. During the “Charm Battle” that the group had with Netflix, Lisa was the target of their playful antics.
Jisoo, being a professional actress, used her acting background in delivering her pick-up line very effectively. “I saw a flower this morning, and there it was, the most precious thing ever until I met you,” she said while gently touching Jennie’s face, who instantly burst into UwUs.
But, when it was Lisa’s turn, the older girls were not that impressed. The BLACKPINK star put her arm around Rose’s shoulder while delivering her line. “If you were a song, you’ll be the best track on the album,” she said.
Despite her effort, Jisoo and Jennie said that they were disappointed in Lisa. The pair shared that the 23-year-old singer and dancer is less cheesy than usual.
“Lisa, that was a little underwhelming. Because she is usually very cheesy, this feels a little underwhelming,” Jisoo said.
Lisa attempted another pick-up line but got the same result from Jisoo and Jennie. The duo even took things up a notch and added a thumbs down. The maknae then stood up and jokingly walked out.
Of course, this was all for fun, and Lisa knows it, which is why she was smiling while walking out. The other girls also know that the maknae didn’t take their harsh criticism the wrong way. So, they kept on mocking her even though she already stood up and left.
Lisa is BLACKPINK’s rapper and lead dancer, which automatically gives her a couple of cool points. But, for Jisoo, Jennie, and Rose, she is their cute and adorable maknae.
BLINKs shouldn’t feel bad for Lisa as she could also get pretty savage with her members. In fact, she brutally called Jisoo short and said that her height has stopped growing.
