BLACKPINK has said many times that they are more like family than a group. And just like any other family members out there, Jisoo, Jennie, Rose, and Lisa also have their moments where they playfully diss each other.
Despite being the youngest, Lisa enjoys being savage towards her older members. And since she’s the maknae of the group, Jisoo, Jennie, and Rose usually let her get away with her silly antics.
BLACKPINK recently had an interview with YouTube channel The Swoon. The YG Entertainment girl group was asked various questions during their appearance, and one of the inquiries was, “Who snacks the most all day long?”
Jisoo picked Lisa, Rose picked Jisoo, and Jennie and Lisa picked Rose. The girls then explained why they picked the particular member.
Lisa said that she chose Rose because she’s always silently eating something. “When we were doing something, she’d quietly go out. She would eat something by herself,” the 23-year-old rapper, singer, and dancer said.
As for Jisoo, she shared that Lisa always brings “emergency food” a.k.a chocolates in her bag. The BLACKPINK star said that the maknae would munch on them when she gets hungry.
Rose explained that the reason why she picked Jisoo as the member who snacks the most is because she always sees her drinking milk. “She kept drinking banana milk and coffee milk. I talk to her for ten minutes. She literally has like three different types of milk,” she said.
Jisoo then revealed the reason why she drinks a lot of milk. The 25-year-old singer and actress shared that she wants to grow taller. Despite being the oldest member of the group, Jisoo is the shortest, standing at 162cm. (5’4”).
And because of Jisoo’s confession, Lisa, who stands at 166cm. (5'5") found an opportunity to mock her. “Jisoo, your height has already stopped growing,” she playfully said. Jisoo quickly contradicted Lisa and said, “Hey! Not yet!”
Jisoo and Lisa’s fun bickering is nothing new to BLINKs as they have witnessed the girls being playful with each other all the time. It is also worth noting that Jisoo is the oldest member of BLACKPINK, but the maknae has no problem with being savage with her at all. It's no surprise that Lisa's favorite song in their new album is "Pretty Savage." Jennie and Rose also picked the same track.
As mentioned above, the BLACKPINK members treat each other as family, and they do regular family stuff like joking and teasing. But, at the end of the day, they love and respect one another.
