The latest "Genshin Impact" Wish event called Farewell of Snezhnaya Banner features two new heroes, Diona and Childe and some players wonder if these two are worth gambling on.
Like all other characters arriving in "Genshin Impact" through Banners, players have to spend Primogems to win either Childe or Diona. For players wondering if these characters on Farewell of Snezhnaya are worth gambling, the answer is a resounding yes. Tartaglia or Childe, and Diona are new and powerful characters in the game.
It is one reason why "Genshin Impact" players would like to have these two at their parties. While other promotional characters included in the Farewell of Snezhnaya banner are not as strong, they too are worth having. Essentially, the latest banner is worth spending Primogems on.
To know more about what "Genshin Impact" players are getting from Tartaglia or Childe, it is important to learn about his abilities. Tartaglia is a five-star promo character in the Farewell of Snezhnaya Banner. He has the ability to swap between ranged and melee attacks quickly.
As a Hydro character who uses the bow, Childe has an Elemental Skill called Foul Legacy: Raging Tide. This changes his combat style since it joins a pair of Hydro daggers replacing his bow. When using his bow, he fires Hydro Arrow that deals massive area-of-effect damage.
His daggers allow him to slash nearby enemies with large area-of-effect. As for his passive ability, it causes a negative effect on enemies called Riptide. Hen Tartaglia attacks them; enemies suffer even more area-of-effect Hydro damage.
The other character in the Farewell od Snezhnaya banner in "Genshin Impact" is Diona. While she is a four-star character, she uses a Cryo bow, which is very powerful. Dubbed as Icy Paws, her Elemental Skill allows her to fire frosty little paws at opponents and offers her a shield in each one lands.
Her Elemental Burst, called Signature Mix that enables Diona to throw a beverage that smashes and forms a Cryo area-of-effect on the ground. It heals allies and damages the enemies within the circle. Her non-combat ability gives the player a 12% chance of getting double the product when cooking healing food.
Thanks to her shielding effect that could be transferred to whoever character the player wants to, Diona is a strong utility character. The other two characters included in the farewell to Snezhnaya Banner in "Genshin Impact" are Ningguang and Beidou.
