One Piece Chapter 996 will continue one of the biggest wars in the manga series' history. Readers will once again see Luffy and Kaido back into action after being away from the previous chapter.
The Wano Arc has been featuring a lot of major characters in just one place. With the ongoing battles here and there, BlockToro noted it is important to see Luffy and Kaido back in One Piece Chapter 996.
The famed manga series creator, Eiichiro Oda, has been known for alternating important characters in different chapters. So, it may take no time before fans see Luffy and Kaido's return.
When they make a comeback, Kaido's battle against the Scabbards is about to ensue as the Yonko continuously put the Samurais down, according to Game n Guides. Luffy, too, has been away from the few chapters, so it is the best time for the Pirate King to make his triumphant return and join the battles.
In the previous chapter, Marco faced Big Mom. Thanks to his devil fruit power, he was able to withstand the Yonko's incredible strength.
However, things turned out for the worst when Big Mom grabbed his neck. Perospero was about to shot him, but Minks saved his life by facing the Minister of Candy.
The scene then went to Zoro and X-Drake, who was chasing Scratchmen Apoo, knowing the Queen gave the Roar of the Sea the only antidote. Zoro was trying to get this cure to help his allies who were infected by the virus.
As the fight continued, Ulti knocked Ussop down and also threatened to strike Nami to the ground. Ulti then asked Nami if she believed Luffy would be the Pirate King, to which she agreed.
However, her answer made Ulti irritated that he was about to attack the Straw Hats Pirates. Thankfully, the dog tamed by Tama stopped Ulti.
As the fight would continue in One Piece Chapter 996, would fans see the battle between the kid and one of Tobiroppo members?
One Piece Chapter 996 is set to be out on Friday, November 20, on the Viz website or Shone Jump app, per Recent Highlights. On the other hand, its raw scans are expected to drop two to three days before the official release date comes, which may fall on Wednesday, November 18. These raw scans need to be translated, typeset, and redrawn by the scanlators.
