In "Chapter 13: The Jedi", viewers immediately got to see Ahsoka Tano in action as she tries to storm the city gates of Calodan in an effort to get information from the Magistrate. However, her tender side impresses fans as she later bonds with Baby Yoda and reveals some unexpected information about The Child.

According to Ahsoka Tano, she and Baby Yoda can read each others' thoughts. This is why she discovered that The Child's real name is Grogu and that he was a youngling who once trained at the Jedi Temple on Coruscant.

That's not the only surprising thing that Ahsoka Tano revealed about Baby Yoda in The Mandalorian Season 2 Episode 5. She also confirmed that someone had taken Grogu from the temple, saving him from being one of the younglings who were killed by Darth Vader. However, The Child was then abandoned and had been suppressing his powers as a way to survive. Unfortunately, it also led to Grogu harboring fear and anger, so he has disconnected from the Force for a long time.

Fans have long speculated that Baby Yoda is actually trained to use the Force considering that he has shown that he can control it. However, it was also evident that The Child struggled with each effort to use the Force.

But who will train Baby Yoda again now that Ahsoka Tano has refused to help him? There are speculations that Grogu will manage to call out to a Jedi when Mando takes him to the Jedi Temple on the planet Tython. For now, it is unclear who will be The Child's master but there's a possibility it could be eventually be revealed in the next episode of The Mandalorian Season 2.
