The bitter pill that the world forcibly took because of the pandemic did its wonders in the gaming industry, especially in "Among Us." The community uncovered another twist in the game that goes beyond the crew-impostor gameplay in the form of the mini-game called Cops and Robbers. Here are some tips and tricks on how to play the exciting game in "Among Us."

The mini-game Cops and Robbers in "Among Us" involves only a single impostor who assumes the role of a cop. The rest of the players reprise the roles of robbers. The map of the game serves as the prison and robbers need to escape from the cop.

The new mini-game was designed by the "Among Us" community, which adds more excitement and fun to the already interesting game. While hiding in a vent, the impostor in this mini-game will conduct a brief countdown. During this time, the players or the robbers start running.

"Among Us" players need to complete the task of breaking out of the prison. But, they could not do it yet until the cop or the impostor is finished with the countdown. Should the cop or the impostor find the players or robbers, they will take them to the security.

When this happens, they have to stay there until another robber finds out about them and helps them break free of the security area. The robbers would only be safe when they reach a safe zone. A couple of safe zones are marked on the game's map.

The cop has the power to execute a prisoner every couple of minutes. This is to prevent them from escaping. Knowing fully well the maps would help players access the Cops and Robbers and other mini-games in "Among Us."

Players could strategize and go around smoothly all through the game with good knowledge of these maps. At present, there are three map locations in the game that players could learn. These are the Mira HQ, Polus and The Skeld.

In Mira HQ, all vents are interconnected. Because of this, impostors could easily use them to escape. The location also features a door log in communications where no security is present. The emergency meeting is held in Cafeteria.

Meanwhile, in The Skeld, the emergency meeting is also held at the center of the Cafeteria. "Among Us" players could see a couple of vent triads and a couple of one-lined paths on every side of the ship. There are also security cameras that cover the hallways of O2, Admin, Security, and Medbay.

Just like The Skeld, Polus features two sets of vent riads that are interconnected. There are a couple of vents in the north located in the camera zones. Additionally, there are three vents on the west side. The Polus is the largest map in "Among Us," where the emergency meeting takes place in the Office. In this map, camera zones are located on the eastern, central, and southwest parts.
